Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Trade Witness (the "Service"), a brand of Inner Circle Solutions LLC ("Trade Witness", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
Trade Witness helps traders stay accountable to their own trading rules. A trader sets rules for their brokerage account and chooses one or more witnesses (accountability partners). Witnesses are notified when a trader requests sign-off on a rule change or breaks a rule.
Trade Witness does not place trades, give investment advice, or act as a broker. Trading decisions remain solely your own.
SMS Terms
Program: Trade Witness Alerts, sent by Trade Witness. Witnesses can choose to receive text message alerts about the traders they witness for, including requests to sign off on rule changes and notices that a trading rule was broken. These texts are account notifications only; Trade Witness does not send marketing texts.
How you opt in: under Text message alerts in Profile settings, a witness enters their own mobile phone number, checks the Witness alert texts box, chooses which alert types to receive, separately checks that they agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and selects “Yes, sign me up!”. Neither box is checked in advance. By signing up, you agree to receive Trade Witness alert texts at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies with the activity of the traders you witness for.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier for details.
- To stop texts, select Stop text alerts in Profile settings, or reply STOP to any Trade Witness text to opt out. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation text and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- For help, reply HELP to any Trade Witness text, or email support@innercirclesolutions.net.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the phone numbers you enter. Only enter a phone number that you own or are authorized to use.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". Alerts may be delayed or not delivered, and the Service is not a substitute for your own risk management. To the extent permitted by law, Trade Witness and Inner Circle Solutions LLC are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
